The Emergency Response Task Force was formed after the 2007 Summit to develop relationships and procedures across county and state lines to ensure the tri-state region is prepared in case of catastrophe.
The Floods of 1993 and 2008 demonstrated to the region that in the midst of major catastrophic events we are better together.
The goal of the Emergency Response Task Force is to develop preparedness plans, professional and technical committees and emergency communication strategies on a regional level.
